Cancellation & Payment Policy (Including Klarna Bookings)

 

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • All retainers or deposits paid to Enchanted by AGG are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to enchantedbyagg@gmail.com

  • If you need to cancel your session, you may transfer your retainer to a new date (if available) within 7 days of your original booking.

  • Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

2. Rescheduling

  • Reschedules are allowed for illness, weather, or emergencies with at least 24–48 hours’ notice (depending on the service type).

  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

  • If we must reschedule due to illness, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, your session will be moved to the next available date.

3. Klarna Payments

If you choose to pay through Klarna, the following terms apply:

  • Klarna allows you to split payments for your session or package based on Klarna’s terms.

  • Payments made through Klarna are still subject to our studio’s cancellation policy.

  • Non-refundable retainers and service commitments apply even if the Klarna payment plan is still ongoing.

  • If you cancel after work has begun (shooting, editing, or reserving a date), you are still responsible for the balance owed under your Klarna agreement.

  • Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to Klarna’s refund timelines and terms.

Important: Klarna is a separate payment service provider. All payment plans, fees, or disputes related to Klarna must be handled directly with Klarna support at www.klarna.com.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without notice forfeit their retainer and any remaining payments. Rescheduling will require a new booking and deposit.

5. Force Majeure

If Enchanted by AGG cannot perform due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, accidents, natural disasters, or technical failures), we will offer:

  • A reschedule, or

  • A full refund of payments made (excluding services already rendered).
